Savage VPN is an Android app that helps protect your internet connection. This page explains what information is involved when you use the app or visit our website.

When you use the VPN
Your internet traffic passes through a VPN server while you are connected. The server needs your IP address and connection details to provide the service. We do not use the websites you visit or the content of your traffic to show you ads.
Information we use
We use Firebase and PostHog to understand how the app is used, monitor performance which helps us fix bugs faster. This may include app activity, connection state, crash reports, device and network details. We do not send the websites you visit nor the content of your VPN traffic to these services.
Our website host may receive normal visit details, such as your IP address and browser type. The website also remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser.
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply.
Ads and subscriptions
The free app shows ads. Our ad partners may use device information and ad activity to show and measure them. Where required, the app asks for your ad choices, and you can revisit those choices in Settings.
Google Play handles payments. We receive the information needed to confirm your subscription, but not your full payment card details.
Who helps us run the service
We use service providers for VPN hosting, ads, app analytics, crash reports, and subscriptions. They receive the information needed for their work. We keep information for as long as needed to run the service, help users and for internal use.
Your choices
You can change available ad choices in the app’s Settings, manage a subscription through Google Play, or stop using the VPN at any time.
